1ST EXPERIENCE: So far what I like is the customer service. They have the "bedside manner" of a doctor when discussing merchandise. I'm new to the area and have been looking for a good "computer doctor". I may have found one. I'll share my experiences as they happen. Looks promising! UPDATE: I ended up buying a renewed/refurbished laptop. It looks brand new!
Very reasonable price! Everyone, I mean everyone, takes the time to explain everything you might need to know. In my case, why my old laptop finally died and then helped me set up my "new"laptop. I had been eye-ing this laptop for awhile now. Another one I was "eye-ing" had been sold. So I took my second choice. Something tells me I will NOT be disappointed.

Brought in a Dell laptop. Was told it needed a new battery. Battery replaced and computer taken home several days later. Worked fine until a large demand is placed on the computer like video editing then the computer displays an error code and if unplugged will turn off. Googled the problem, solution was to reset the battery. Once done laptop works 100% prefect until the same video demand is placed on the system. Returned to Doghouse and was told I had the wrong battery and needed to purchase a new battery.
They would not honor or stand behind their work. I have another example of having to go behind them after having a computer repaired. I cannot in good faith recommend them as a professional repair center. They are not even good part changers.
