Imagine that Yelp and Angie's list have morphed into human form, her name is Nina, and she is your personal HR department, here to help you grow your business. With her magic rolodex, she connected my mother, a physician, with multiple great resources, from remote tech help, to medical administrative support, to a new and excellent accountant. I've had the benefit of knowing Nina for around two decades. Her skills are amazing. I have never seen anyone multi-task quite the way she does. I use her service for referrals - she provides me with clients for the work I do (PC consulting). Most of the people I've been referred to by Nina have been straightforward, and reliable when meeting. Nina is there when I encounter a problem with a referred client. She works as an arbiter and helps in smoothing out any wrinkles. Call her is you need office services or want to find clients for most anything related to office work.

I recently contacted Nina with a question about my small business, and to inquire about the nature of her service. I was looking for some kind of consultation in order to address my problem. She replied with a very helpful response that contained her valuable personal knowledge on the subject, and several links to other key pieces of information. Additionally, it felt very supportive. Her response in itself gave me most of what I needed (an unexpected surprise). I will most definitely be referring her services to my friends and associates.

Yesterday an acquaintance and I were discussing our need for web designers for our respective small start ups. Instead of just giving my friend the name of a few web designers I interviewed and the one I finally picked, I did her one better. I shared with her about a fantastic free resource/referral service for small businesses who need to hire various kinds of help, including web design.
You guessed it, it's Nina of Nina Feldman Connections. You don't pay a dime extra for Nina's referrals, they are free. (Really!) Nina can do an intake with you to find out your needs, budget, etc, and then make several recommendations for whatever kind of service providers you need to help you run your small business. For instance, when I was looking for a graphic/web designer, Nina came up with several great options tailored to my specific business' needs, and of those I finally found 2 that were most budget friendly, and made my final hiring decision. I'm thrilled with the designer that I hired and would have NEVER found her on my own.
I also found my social media gal through Nina, and am also interviewing a bookkeeper that Nina recommended. Nina is located up in the Bay Area, but she has connections all over the place. Since so much work these days can be done through online collaboration and a cell phone, I have found that it wasn't important for me to work with someone local.
For example -- the graphic/web designer I hired for logo/web/Word Press basics is in Berkeley. My social media gal is from Ventura. And so on. I'm in Los Angeles and since the work is done virtually, it simply isn't an issue for me. Conclusion -- Nina rocks. If you're reading this, just stop and go ahead and call her already!

I recently had a project requiring the development of some forms and needed someone with this particular expertise. I called Nina Feldman and she referred me to just the right person. He did a great job for me, quickly and reasonably priced. I've used him again and will turn to Nina for additional support when I need it. She has a good team at her disposal. I don't need to have someone on staff with Nina's help.

I felt lost in searching for a bookkeeper for my solo acupuncture practice until someone recommended Nina as a resource. Nina knew what questions to ask me and gave me two referrals. After interviewing both, I chose one and she did a wonderful job on my project. It can be intimidating to trust a stranger to your business needs, but Nina took the time to find out about my needs and practices to refer the best people for my job.
