The service was fast, friendly and convenient. I dropped off my phone and was given a completion time for the repair. I arrived a little early to pick up my phone and they were already done. Great Job!

Contacted them about needing my charging port replaced. But I don't get paid until Thursday. They went a head and ordered the part for me without requiring upfront payment so they can get me in and out. Outstanding customer service and going above and beyond. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I am so grateful for being referred to this great business. I needed some help with my old laptop and preserving my pictures and documents on an external drive. I was so pleased with the professionalism and the extra mile that Kala went in my behalf. I am very happy with my service. I would recommend anyone to these guys.

I went to Four Corners Computer Repair to get a new battery installed in my laptop and I was met with a professional technician (Kala), smooth intake to register me and then a clean install of the battery. It was a seamless process. I then wanted to increase the storage in the same laptop but unfortunately we went through two installs with two wrong memory cards.

What happened next is why I will always go to Four Corners for any computer or phone repair. The new tech (Travis), who is also the owner, showed immense compassion, apologized profusely, explained the technology, identified the correct memory card so that I can purchase it, prioritized my install and went through a review when I went to pick it up.

And apologized again! It was a great experience and actually was more powerful than when things go perfect because you get to witness the true character of the owner, his techs and the business. I recommend Four Corners for all your technology needs.

Took my iPhone in for repair because the connection port was failing. It would only charge intermittently, and would not reliably connect to Apple CarPlay. I first took the phone to another (unnamed) repair provider. Their estimate to repair was cheaper; but they didn't have the part in stock. It would have taken a week or so to order in, and they would have needed the phone for 3-4 hours to complete the repair.

I then took it to Four Corners. They had the part in stock and would require only about an hour to complete the repair. The repair was completed in an hour as promised, and the phone to date seems to work flawlessly. As a matter of record, I've had previous experience with Four Corners on PC repairs, and their work has always been excellent, their staff professional and courteous. Money well spent. I unhesitatingly recommend these guys.

Our cell phones were no longer holding a charge like they should. We were going to replace them until we realized we could replace the batteries to stretch the life of our phones. We called for a bid and the owner was friendly and quoted a fair price for each phone. We came in the next day and waited about an hour. We did ask about refurbished phones; he sells those as well but there was zero pressure to buy. Glad we found a reliable and honest business to support. We are happy to see our phones with 100% battery capacity and running smoothly.

If your PC is acting up I 100% recommend these fine folks, they were very detailed during the diagnosing phase and very friendly. It took them no longer than 2 days to figure out what was wrong. I can't even imagine the headache I would have went through trying to deal with GEEK squad. Definitely bring your PC problems here.

Very overpriced. I went in for because my PC was taking some time to turn on. I had done some research and narrowed it down to 2 things that could be wrong with it. I informed them of what I knew. They charged me $50 to diagnose the entire computer and only told me what I already knew after the diagnosis. They then said I could donate my PC to them for parts and they would waive the fee.

What a joke. Since I can't reply to response: $50 to check the power supply is too much. You guys charged me for a full diagnostic when I narrowed down what was wrong to 2 things with one google search and informed you guys as such. If I knew it was $50 to check the one thing I would've just put that money towards a new PC or done it myself. After I say that I would rather just sell the PC you guys say I can donate the PC to cover expenses. What is even the point of going to your shop and doing anything if I'm just giving you my PC for free?

Needed a Mac Mini fixed after I changed the original HDD drive to a SSD drive and pulled the fan connector off the mother board. Travis was great, he showed me what needed to be done and gave me a quote on the spot. He completed the repair the same day as well. Highly recommend Four Corners. Will be taking my iPhone 11 in to have Travis replace the screen.

Fantastic experience! Took in my laptop that wouldn't turn on. I was able to get it a couple days later at a fraction of what I thought it would cost. Everyone I talked to was super nice and helpful. I'll be going back to them when I'm ready to have my cracked screen replaced. Thank you again for the positive experience!

Cheapest place to get your phone fixed in Boise and they have lifetime warranty I highly recommend this place to go check them out. Only reason why they got four stars is because they are supposed to be open at 10 AM and it's now 1045 and there's still nobody here at the store and I got my phone fixed here two days ago and it's been malfunctioning since they fixed it so if they fix it today or show up within the next five minutes then they get five stars and I'll redo this review

If you need your pc worked on this is the place to go We took my pc in first thing on Monday morning and had it out and running like new by the afternoon not only that he down loaded a app for me on my phone ( I am old and computer stupid) What excellent customer service! I just had this pc worked on a few weeks ago and it was a bad job I learned a lesson on that one We have another pc that needs to be cleaned up and you can bet it will going back here

I have been using Four Corners for the past 10 years. They have been very good when my computer needed a tune up or repair. I have also purchased a new computer from them. Their products and services are exellent. I have used other shops in the area years ago and I am sticking with Four Corners for my computer needs!

I have been using Four Corners for a few years now (at least three), and I have always been treated well. I just brought in my old iMac for repairs and upgrades, unfortunately after giving it a good effort, the iMac was not fixable. Steve credited me the money charged for the parts installed and part of the labor. I purchased a refurbished Mac through Four Corners with the memory upgrade etc. installed and was very pleased.

I felt they went the extra mile for me, and I would recommend the store to anyone asking. The staff is very friendly and willing to take the time to explain what the computer needs and what it will cost. I like that they give a written estimate (itemized) so I have a record of what work was performed. Thanks again Four Corners!

I found this place off of Angies List, they were rated high there to. I've been in four corners 5 different times in the last two years and have had a good experience every time. honest, up front and reasonable. Some of there laptops are a little high for being used, doesn't mean you have to buy one. But than again I think you'd get better service there than Radio Shack or Best Buy.

Took our broken laptop there for repair. They weren't able to repair it but were very honest and up front about pricing. It was just too damaged, and I felt like they really did go out of their way to fix it for the flat fee you agree to upfront. We would have bought our replacement here, but the computers there were far out of our price range! Overall, I would recommend for repair, but maybe not for purchasing your next one, although perhaps it depends on what you are looking for.

I have been going to Four Corners for over 5 years now and have always received honest service. That is something hard to come by anymore. They have been fair with me every time. I sold them a used Toshiba notebook and he explained that they would need to go through it and clean it up and then resell it at a small profit to be worthwhile. He showed me what it was worth and offered me $50 more.

I then purchased a new laptop at a good discount and had questions about it. I called them and they were there to answer all me questions at no cost. Service is where they excel and I am always happy with how they treat there customers.

I went into this place on two separate occasions and both time had an awful experience. The first time i went in there looking to buy a netbook. They had year old used netbooks priced at over $350. What a ripoff! That same day I went to radioshack afterwards and bought a brand new up to date netbook for $200. My second trip inside was when I tried to sell my year old Macbook Pro.

They cost $1300 brand new, so I was hoping to get around 800 for it. Once again the owner tried to rip me off and even low balled me trying to buy it for $300. Meanwhile he has used macbooks in the store selling for almost retail price. Don't buy ANYTHING from this place and don't give them your business. You can get better deals going to a pawn shop then what this store has offer.
