Wired and Wireless mice and keyboards. Wireless devices require batteries every so often. The batteries in the Logitech M525 wireless mouse are supposed to last for a long time up to 3 years. I use the Logitech M525 wireless mouse and the batteries do last a long time. I personally use the Logitech C920x Pro HD Webcam for webinars and other web camera needs. All of these Webcams have built-in microphones. These webcams just hook over the top of your monitor and plug into a USB port for an easy install.

Walter and Dave have done wonders for us technically speaking. recently we called for an issue that was causing our business to be at a standstill, Dave came right away and we were back up and running within 2 hours! I told Dave when he left that he had a hero's cape on! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.

Advertise they fix computers. Show up at top of Google page 1. I call in and they say they won't fix my broken screen. Rudely tell me I should call someone that will. I ask for a referral and they hang up. If this is the best computer repair service Tucson can get, I think some PHX companies should expand down here and knock out companies like this that take for granted the Tucson community.
Because Tucson deserves better. Blue Chip Computers should be ashamed of themselves. Oh and I see that a David Overmyer below has given this place 5 stars. I'm sure it's not the same David Overmyer that has worked for Blue Chip. no conflict of interest there I'm sure. cause that would just be hypocritical and unethical to use a fake 5 star review to complain that a legitimate review from a real customer should be removed. I'm sure David is more smart and ethical than that.

Took my laptop here after I dropped it and messed up the screen. The rest of the computer was fine; I hooked it up to an external display to get the rest of my work done until I could get it fixed. When I first dropped it off, they seemed to know what they were doing. I had ordered a specific high def screen when I first purchased my computer - something other computer repair places didn't seem to grasp, instructing me to just do a google search for my computer's model number and order the screen myself.
Blue Chip opened up the computer to figure out the exact screen and ordered it for me. They charged much less than sending it to the manufacturer. I had high hopes. Somehow, after dropping it off, there is now something wrong with the motherboard and they can't fix it. Don't ask me what happened between me using it without any problems the day I brought it in and them installing the new screen.
Now I have to purchase a new computer. I am extremely angry because I know it worked well before I brought it in and cannot afford to replace it with one as high quality that will do everything I need it to, especially in time for the next school semester. I wasted weeks waiting for a simple problem to be fixed. I really had faith in them and they really do seem to know what they're talking about, but this is unacceptable and unfair.
The computer is barely over a year old. I really don't understand what happened and it shouldn't be my problem because I know it was working. I should've never brought it in and simply continued to use it with an external display. I had no idea trying to replace the screen was going to cost me over a thousand dollars. The two stars are for their knowledge and the good past experiences my mom has had bringing other computers here. Update: They misdiagnosed the problem.
They must have ordered the wrong screen. There is nothing wrong with the motherboard. The "problems" they said my computer had are non-existent after my own tests. Still wish I hadn't brought it in - could've saved 25 bucks and, more importantly, 2 weeks I wish I could get back so I could figure something else out.

Yes this place is great if you dont want any guarantee that the parts you buy are going to work. I have been building my own computers for 10 years. I build them for sale and myself and know exactly what i am doing. I bought an 750w Power supply upgrade from this place only because i didnt want to wait for an online order. First off it was $40 higher than even bestbuy, which is the mark up master.
Then after 4 days the power supply blew. I have had this happen only once since i owned my first computer and it was 7 years old before it happend. I took it back and was told that they are not warrantied and i must have done something wrong. Apparently the years of experience hadnt prepared me to replace the simplest part of the system. Whats the reason for not guaranteeing your products are good? It's because when your products are crap a guarantee is a liability.

These guys are excellent and honest business-people. They are reliable, prompt, and never upsell unless they think it's something you might really benefit from, like adding more memory to a computer to extend its usable life and save you money in the long run. I've been going there since they have been in business (mid-to-late 90s).
