Frank Morris, the Owner of PCs In Paradise, has 30 + years of electronic experience. His career began at Peavey Electronics Corporation where he built printed circuit boards and sound systems. Additionally he managed their National & International Service Department. Frank's involvement in music expanded to programming music for live and recorded performances as well as extensive multimedia training using PCs. He began re-writing programs for needed applications. His experience ranges from repairing and upgrading computers to networking and training of software programs.

Training at PC's In Paradise constitutes a variety of options. The most predominant is one-on-one training completed in a private residence. We have clients that have needs in learning how to maneuver on the internet to questions on PowerPoint presentations needed for work. We are able to accommodate these varied needs due to our staff's background diversity.

Our experience has been that due to the number of operating systems produced by Microsoft it makes for a daunting (if not impossible) task to produce a tech support section with support sufficient to cover the enormous number of problems that exist with computers today.
Integrated services digital network (ISDN) is an international communications standard for sending voice, video, and data over digital telephone lines or normal telephone wires. Typical ISDN speeds range from 64 Kbps to 128 Kbps. Broadband ISDN is similar in function to ISDN but it transfers data over fiber optic telephone lines, not normal telephone wires.
