Computer Systems, Inc. was founded in Omaha, NE in 1981 and has been locally owned from the beginning. We started as a humble retail store selling Commodores and Apple PC's. A lot has changed since then, but our core philosophy remains the same: we are on your team. The team at Computer Systems helped us move from Google to Microsoft 365. They were a huge help and really made sure that our account was set up correctly and would limit our exposure to cyber attacks and email scams. I don't know much about computers. My husband asked me to call for estimates while he is at work. I called to have a power jack replaced. The lady that answered the phone told me that isn't a part they normally carry and told me to call Interstate Battery because they sell universal chargers. I again told her that the jack or port needed replaced and she told me that means the motherboard needs replaced and told me it would cost over $500 to replace the power jack.
I just got an estimate from AME Computers for $110. I was looking for a place that knows more about computers than I do, this is definitely not it. Very disappointed in this place and will NEVER use this place.
